  1. It is my contention that Spider Man is the best representation of geek fantasy in the world of comic books. He is a meek, uber intelligent nice guy who gets beat up and taken advantage of by life and the assholes he is forced to share an existence with. Enter a radioactive spider and voila! Not only is he kicking ass and taking names, but Mary Jane and Black Cat are forever competing for his attention. Not to mention all the Spider Man groupies. I welcome any challengers to come forth and battle Spidey….anyone? (via eclecticbanana)
