GAMMAGEEK’S BEST OF 2010: Best Anti Apple Post
Anyone that knows me knows that I loathe fanboyism. Nothing screams douchebag, hipster, lemming culture like the folks who partake in Mac culture. The only exceptions are people who are in an art or media related field such as music production, video production, graphic arts, or publishing. These idiots that wear crocs and go to starbucks without shaving for weeks and pull their iPad out of their “murse” need to follow the other lemmings right off the cliff. Now I know I am going to alienate some people but if my OPINION offends you, then you really have other non technical issues that you need to deal with. That said, I do own an iPod and have a Hackintosh netbook because I do believe in some of the products that Apple pushes out. It’s just the pretentious culture around the brand that has forced me to get my coffee elsewhere and cancel my subscription to WIRED.
